Tanking the Economy for A Huge Profit?
The background
September 15, 1916 the first ever tank was used during the battle of Flers-Courcelette in World War One. December 7, 1941 the Japanese military attacked the United States at Pearl Harbor. Millitary attacks tend to go back and fourt, and as expected, 4 years later on August 6, 1945 the United States dropped two bombs on the Japanese city’s of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Shortly after, the United States went on to win their second World War. Both of these wins helped with two major boosts in the United States economy.
The thinking
A few of these facts got me thinking. First the tanks, then the back and fourth that goes on between militaries, and last, the ease that a country’s economy gets weaker and stronger. This is what got me thinking about the tanking of the United States economy, a financially genius idea.
The Trip
Recently I had a fantastic vacation to Canada. There were beautiful mountains, I was with my best friends, and I got to whiteness this beautiful earth that we live in. Days were full of fun filled activities like wake-boarding, banana boating, and of course, lots and lots of spikeball. Canada made me realize how great my life is.
The Airport
I waited in line at Seattle Tacoma International Airport for a very long time, but not the line you think. Not security, not at the gate, but at the currency exchange table. Finally I made it to the front and I exchanged 100 United States dollars for 133.08 Canadian dollars.
The Idea
After coming back from Canada I was left with a $5 Canadian bill. I had a lot of thought about that trip, a lot about what I said earlier, how great my life is, but even more thinking about how much better I can make it. I believe that money sure as hell can but happiness, and that’s what I strive to do in life... make money. So here’s what you’ve been waiting for, here’s the idea. I will wait for the tanking if the United States economy. That or the rising of the Canadian economy. Currently, roughly 75 cents in the United States is equal to a dollar in Canada. As the Canadian economy grows or the United States economy tanks, that ratio will get closer and closer to being a 1:1 ratio. When that long awaited day arrives I will exchange my $5 Canadian bill for 5 American dollars. After that I will have earned $1.24 in American currency. As military’s continue to go back and fourth, different economy’s will rise and fall, and I will take advantage of that by going back and fourth at the exchange table. Eventually I will invest more and more of my money into this idea just as country’s do in their military. As I continue this idea I hope to one day invest upwards of $100,000 dollars into it, and in return grow that investment by roughly 25%.
